Guest Experience Platform

Your resort, in every guest's pocket — no app to download.

GXP turns a QR code at check-in into ordering, requests and experiences in seven languages — every request tracked in real time, from the guest's phone to the right staff phone and back.

GuestXP day-use directory

Your day passes, found by travellers who are already nearby.

Every GXP hotel that sells pool & beach day passes can be listed on GuestXP — a free public directory where travellers compare passes by destination and book directly on your own page. No commission, no middleman.

  • Passes, not rooms

Pool, beach, lunch and spa for a day — a stay without a room, checked in at the gate with a QR code.

  • Booked on your page

Every listing links straight to your own booking page. The guest, the payment and the data stay yours.

  • Free and opt-in

One switch in your dashboard lists you in your city; prices and availability refresh from your live inventory.

The guest journey

One unbroken thread, from “see you soon” to “see you again”.

Most platforms sell features. GXP follows the stay: a welcome before arrival, service the moment it's wanted, and a goodbye that invites the next visit. Here is the same guest — three moments, one thread.

  1. 72 hours before arrival

Check-in happens before the taxi does

The guest's link opens in their own language — registration, room details and a personal welcome, all settled before the luggage is packed. Reception prints nothing; arrival day starts calm.

  2. Day 2 · 12:47 · the pool deck

    Lunch reaches the lounger

An order placed from a sun lounger lands on the pool bar's board with the room number attached. The guest watches it move — accepted, preparing, delivered — without waving down a waiter.

  3. Checkout morning

A goodbye that books the next visit

The folio is settled from the app, feedback reaches the manager before the taxi does, and a direct-rebooking offer stays behind — the relationship outlives the stay.

The platform

Everything a resort needs. Nothing a guest has to install.

Four surfaces, one system: the guest's PWA, the staff task app, the live service boards and the management dashboard — built together, speaking the same real-time language.

Branded guest PWA

Your logo, your colours, your tone — guests never see GXP. They see your resort, in their own language, from a link or a QR code. Nothing to download, nothing to update, access bound to the stay.

Hotel dashboard & analytics

Occupancy, open requests, order volume and response times — the whole resort on one screen, so managers fix problems while they are still small.

Mobile ordering & service requests

Food from the lounger, towels to the room, housekeeping on schedule — every outlet and department takes orders straight from the guest's phone.

  • Club sandwich · Pool Bar
  • Extra towels · Room 214

Real-time status tracking

Every request has a status the guest can see and a timer the team can feel. Nothing disappears; nothing needs chasing.

Staff task app

Housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and runners work from their own phones — my tasks first, then available work. No radios, no paper slips, no hardware budget.

Your brand on every property

Logo, colours, typography and content are themed per property from one dashboard — a collection runs three brands side by side, and each guest sees only their resort.

Built for MENA resorts

Designed for the resorts of Egypt, Türkiye & the Gulf.

Not a European product translated afterwards. GXP is Arabic-first and RTL-native, speaks the languages your guests actually arrive speaking, and is shaped by resort operations — 400-room properties, six F&B outlets, a beach, a spa and a full house in high season.

Plugs into the region's stack

Stays come from the front desk or a rooming-list import on day one, with regional PMS and payment integrations on the roadmap — the demo form is the fastest way to tell us what you run.

Resort-scale, not boutique-scale

Built for properties where service volume is measured in thousands of requests a day — every outlet, zone and department on the same live board, with SLAs that survive the high season.

Arabic-first, not Arabic-translated

The guest app was designed in Arabic and English together — right-to-left is the native layout, not a launch-week patch. Staff work in Arabic or Turkish plus English.

How it works

Live in days. Trusted for the whole season.

No app-store approvals, no hardware project, no front-desk overhaul — a multi-tenant platform your team can run from day one.

  1. Step 1

    Load your resort

Outlets, services, menus and staff accounts go in from the dashboard — content first, in every language you serve.

  2. Step 2

Print the QR, open the door

A card at the desk, a code on the wristband, a link in the confirmation email — the guest's branded web app opens instantly in the browser.

  3. Step 3

Run the stay in real time

Requests flow to the right phone, statuses flow back to the guest, and the dashboard keeps score. Access ends at checkout — automatically.

  • Multi-tenant by design
  • PWA-first — nothing to install
  • Real-time, end to end
  • Per-property data isolation

The results resorts expect

Fewer queues. Higher spend. Calmer floors.

Smarter service shows up in the numbers. This is the shape of the difference resort teams plan around when every request is tracked and every outlet is one tap away.

Sample data

+23%

F&B revenue per occupied room

Ordering from the lounger, the cabana and the room lifts every outlet's take.

−41%

Front-desk queue minutes

Check-in, requests and feedback move to the guest's phone — the lobby stays a lobby.

4.8/5

In-stay guest rating

Issues surface while there is still time to fix the stay — not in the review afterwards.

The pool bar stopped being a queue and became a counter. Every request arrives with a room number and a clock already running.

Frequently asked questions

Do guests need to download anything?

No — a QR code and a stay code, nothing to install.

Does it work without Wi-Fi?

The guest app needs an internet connection to send requests and orders; hotel Wi-Fi or mobile data both work, and there is nothing to install beforehand.

Do you integrate with our PMS?

Not required to launch — stays are created at the desk or imported from a rooming list. Regional PMS sync is on the roadmap; tell us what you run in the demo form.

What languages are supported?

Seven for guests — Arabic, English, Russian, French, Italian, Spanish and German. Staff work in their local language plus English.

What about guest data and privacy?

Guest access is bound to the stay and expires at checkout, and every property's data is isolated from every other's.

How long does it take to launch?

Days, not months — content first, QR cards second.
